Activate Past Sale Items

Want to carry over inventory from Previous Sales?

Remember ...
Fall Sale: only yearround/fall/winter clothing-no sundresses, swimsuits, seersucker, tank tops, sandals, strictly summer items

Spring Sale: only yearround/spring/summer clothing-no corduroy, turtlenecks, halloween costumes, fall or Christmas themed items

If you are bringing back items from previous sales,

  • Look them over in bright light to be sure there are no hidden stains or excessive wear.
  • Consider lowering your prices. Price items lower & forgo the choice to go 1/2 rather than pricing high with the thought of it going for 1/2 price. Items priced fair the first few days typically sell faster.
  • You MUST REPRINT tags if you adjust prices OR decide to go 1/2 price-YOU CANNOT JUST ADD A STAR by hand! The barcode changes!

Returning Consignor Login

Follow these steps to reactivate your inventory:

  1. Select Returning Consignor Login
  2. Sign on with your consignor # and password
  3. Register for the upcoming sale
  4. Choose "Work with Consignor Inventory" & Choose "Inactive Inventory"
  5. Select the "items or all items" to activate which you'd like to sell again
  6. You're done reactivating!

If you'd like to edit your items (prices/description etc), Choose "work with active consigned items" & be sure to check the default box to see all items you activated.

Reprint only the tags of the items you made changes.

Now press those items up, tie the sashes, snap the snaps and make sure if they run small that you note this on the tag. Be sure the price tag reflects the size the outfit fits so that it is placed in the correct size spot for shoppers to see. You don't want your item missed b/c it was in the wrong size. Polo, Lilly, Funtasia, Kissy Kissy all typically run an entire size small.

If toys require batteires, be sure they have working batteries & are wiped clean too. Consider including a picture of your item set up if it's not obvious what it is! It helps to sell if someone can picture what it does and looks like.
